Wasted Year?

A sister wrote to me yesterday lamenting 
about the year 2020 and how it is turning 
out to be a "wasted year" for everybody. 
She said God told her specifically and 
through many authentic men and women 
of God that the year 2020 is her year in 
terms of settling her maritally and
establishing her in business and ministry. 
This sister is a spirit-filled minstrel whose 
gift is of immense value to the body of 
Christ and the world at large. 
She said things were starting to pick up 
at the beginning of the year when 
Covid-19 came out of nowhere and 
disrupted all her plans 
Her husband to be was abroad when 
the pandemic broke out. 
They had planned to get married in 
May 2019 and hoped the pandemic 
would have blown over by then. 
Lo and behold, he got stuck in 
Canada and had been unable to 
return home because it would be 
quite expensive for him to do so. 
He would have to pay a ridiculous 
amount for the evacuation flight and 
then pay the government some 
money for his 21 days quarantine! 
It was frustrating to see the plans 
of many years go down the drain 
The business she wanted to start 
also had to be placed on hold 
because of the pandemic 
The album she planned to release 
was also placed on hold 
It was as if the year 2020 was 
preprogrammed to frustrate her life 
She went on to talk about many 
people who had also been affected 
adversely by the pandemic and 
how we need to pray for the
Lord to redeem the year because 
the year had been a wasted year. 
I listened to her patiently 
She spoke the mind of many 
believers but i totally disagree with 
her as I do with many believers in 
her shoes. 
There is a huge difference between 
baby Christians and mature Christians.
Baby Christians are moved by the 
things they see and feel. 
They adapt their lives to whatever 
the prevailing conditions are and 
set their realities based on the senses! 
They watch the news to determine if 
they should go out or stay at home 
(I don't watch the news at all! I just
can't! I am a see no evil, hear no evil
kinda person and the news is full of
evil and devilish tidings)
Yes my beloved wife is a newscaster 
and the most professional journalist 
i know. 
Whenever she was on the news, 
I would tune in to their station long 
enough to see what she was wearing 
and the headlines so that when she 
returned home I would "pretend" I 
saw the news to encourage her and 
show my support for her career! 
The news has never had a bearing 
on my life in any way since 2007 
and I am very up to date on the 
things i need to know based on 
my relationship with the Holy Spirit. 
I have a knower in me, and the 
knower works perfectly!
In 2019, the Holy Spirit told me 
the year 2020 will be the year of 
the revealed glory 
I announced it boldly on twitter 
and all GSWMI platforms 
I was in Ilorin when a man of God 
i respect with all my heart wrote 
to me confirming the words of 
the Holy Spirit for 2020 to me and 
mine
That was all the news I needed 
Since the Holy Spirit didn't tell me 
about the pandemic, i have no option 
than to insist it is a lie 
(I know this will still sound strange 
to many people and some will take 
it that I am saying there is no 
pandemic or the Corona whatever is 
not real
PLEASE NOTE that I am not saying this. 
I am explaining as simply as i could 
how I process information to make 
decisions as a believer 
When the pandemic became an issue 
and I had to mention it in one of our 
services (Night of Glory of March 2020) 
I declared an end to it in public
So it would seem as if I was living in 
denial or lying to myself that something 
affecting the whole world is not real! 
So am I delusional? 
Am I living in a vacuum? 
Am I refusing to face reality? 
What other terms are there to 
be used...? 
The answer is Yes. (Anyone who
would describe me from the worldview
of the human being would be very
right to label me)
I take only the things the Holy Spirit 
tells me as Truth 
I disregard everything else 
I call them chaff 
I call them lying vanities 
I call them fake news 
I call them disinformation and 
the fruit of the tree of the knowledge 
of good and evil 
I agree its weird 
It took my wife years to come to 
terms with my illogical mindset 
I have raised the dead with it and 
i have refused to raise the dead 
with it too 
I ask the Holy Spirit to tell me what 
is real and what is unreal in a world
full of illusions and make beliefs
 I only act on the Word of God!
So yes! I am not a "normal" person 
How can i be? 
I gave my life to Jesus Christ and 
received the baptism of the Holy 
Spirit of September 17, 2007. 
I started speaking in tongues 
I started walking in power 
I became an ambassador of Christ 
Yes! I AM A FANATIC and you are 
within your rights to be wary of 
all fanatics including me
I am not offended 
It is okay
I love you and will always do 
Has the year 2020 been a year of 
the Revealed Glory for me and 
those that the Lord committed to me? 
Yes, please! 
I have kept nothing of my reality hidden 
from the world because I live a poured 
out life 
My wife begs me not to announce many 
things here
Many many good things 
She says it will draw attention to me and 
she didn't want people to think 
"How come he is the only one God is 
blessing all the time" 
The promises of God cannot fail unless 
you stagger based on other realities 
you are seeing which persuaded you 
away from the word 
I use my facemask when i have to go 
into a public facility and make sure 
i wash and sanitize my hand 
I keep good hygiene and obey all 
the rules of the land 
I do exactly what Abraham, Isaac, 
Jacob and Jesus would do in their 
dealings with the world around them
 but I am of GOD and greater is He 
that is in me than he that is in the world! 
This is not a memory verse to me 
This is GSW on the inside 
I can back up my reality with tangible 
results 
Jesus is not just a religious name to me 
Jesus is my life 
GSWMI will be launching a ministry website 
very soon this will be another feat achieved 
in the year of the pandemic which many 
tagged "wasted" 
Unlike gbengawemimo.com which features 
edifying stories, testimonies, teachings 
and edifying content to help believers 
grow in their reality as Christkinds and 
not mankinds
gswmi.org will provide information on the 
ministry and all our activities (Both spiritual) 
and religious 
We will have pictures and videos of our CSR 
activities, our Widow's purse beneficiaries 
will be able to see their names and our 
welfare activities will also be featured. 
The podcast, audio teachings of PSSBC, 
Night of Glory, Solemn Assembly, 
Citizens of Zion Foundation classes and 
so on will also be made available for 
free to those who desire to grow in 
the reality of the Christkind. 
I do not want to boast of material things
 here but let it be known that for the 
GSWMI family all over the world, 
this year has been a year of the 
Revealed Glory 
The word of God has been true to 
every one of us We share testimonies 
every day (I stopped posting here 
because I was too busy keeping up 
with them) 
We are Zion on Earth!
The year is not over 
Some of us are waiting for the siege 
to be over before we resume living 
We are paralyzed by fear and 
outwitted by circumstances 
Those lepers said, "Why wait we 
here until we die?"
